I started in real estate right out of college, over 25 years ago. My first 11 years I spent as a mortgage broker and a real estate investor. By successfully buying and re-selling homes (flipping and buy-hold), I realized just how few real estate agents actually knew how to sell the homes I was reselling. This is when I made a decision to get licensed as a real estate agent. I decided that I am going to be the best real estate agent in this industry! In the last 14 years, each month I invest at least 20 hours to stay in the forefront of technology and I'm not afraid of "keeping in step with the times." As a result I experienced a huge flow referrals from my raving fans.
